This is very large item, the first one I received was damaged by UPS, apparently by the handling equipment in the distribution center. I called Amazon and they sent another one right away. The installation is easy. It is a bit difficult to find the adjustment screw for the lower limit (how far the screen extends) and how to do this in the manual was not clear, it took a couple of emails to the mfgr to clarify. They were very helpful. After using this screen for a year we are thrilled with the screen. It is supported by Logitech Harmony remotes, so we can push one button to turn on everything and lower the screen too. Picture quality is excellent and this is an excellent value for a screen of this size.

I purchased this screen for our contemporary service and it has been everything we expected. Very quiet and a great size.
