Apevia has shown me its true colours...no pun intended Sep 09, 2011

I believe in Apevia power supplies because they are cost-effective, beautiful, and well-ventilated. Granted, my last 600w most definitely died on me--however, THIS was in the midst of switching out everything from mobo's to CPU's, and I am certain somewhere in there I fried it myself.
This Apevia 900w is running my baby at this moment, and it has a much nicer colour-switching system, the LED's are still top-notch after over 8 months of use, never had any issues with power and I intend to continue using it until it dies. Not too many cords, also, which is always nice. I recommend this PSU for gamers who border on gamer enthusiast--BORDER--if you are enthusiast you know you need a modular.

This product arrived in perfect condition. It runs flawlessly. The power supply comes with cords that are sleeved and are extremely versatile as the cords can be used to fit any slot.

I will keep this pretty short. First my build:
HAF X
Asus P6X58D Premium motherboard
Intel Core I7 960 @ 3.2Ghz
6Gb Corsair memory
Coolermaster V8 CPU fan
2x EVGA GTX 275 in SLI
EVGA GT 220 for physics
2x 30Gb SSD drive (in RAID 1) for OS
60Gb SSD drive for games
2x 200Gb HD (in RAID 1) for data
Apevia 900W power supply
DVD drive
There's not a whole lot to say. I've been running this PSU for about a year and it runs quietly and handles all my power needs with no problem. I like that you can change the colors... it's not that important... but it's a nice feature for those who like to see a lot of color in their cases. It doesn't run any hotter than any other modern PSU, and I like the sleeved cables... they make it easier to do your cable management.
Overall I'm very pleased with this power supply. If you need more than 750 watts, but you don't want to spring for something that has 1000 watts or more, this is the perfect choice.
