Great product dumb user Nov 03, 2010
By MrEuro I was going return it and rate this product with 1 star because every hour or so it would reset. Then I put a meter on the outlet and realized it the protector was doing it jobs and I have a wiring problem in my house:-(
A really high-end look and for the price you cant beat it.

high quality for the money spent Mar 20, 2010
By Terry R. Nye I bought this surge protector/line conditioner to protect a new TV and low-cost audio system I installed in the bedroom. We get a lot of power outages where I live, and I wanted something to protect the system without spending a huge amount of money. This unit is not only inexpensive but has many features found usually in protectors costing much more.
This is a very stylish surge protector. The construction is very solid. It is not a plastic piece of junk. It is cased much like other audio equipment, so it would look nice in any audio rack. It can be turned on and off from the front, and a very bright light lets you know it's on. There are some lights to indicate the quality of your AC line, but unless you have really crummy wiring I doubt these ever change. There is no remote control, but I really wouldn't expect one at this price point.
There are 8 protected outlets, which is plenty for most systems. Some of the outlets are switched so specific devices can be turned on/off by the surge protector. The unit advertises having line conditioning to optimize sound quality. I have never noticed a sound difference with line conditioners -- I have some expensive Panamax units guarding a high-end audio system in the living room, and they make no difference in the audio quality either. So don't expect to hear anything different. The value of this unit is mainly its surge protection.
I'm very pleased with this purchase. It has great features, looks stylish, and won't break your piggy bank. If you are looking for a quality surge protector for audio or video equipment this is well worth the money spent.

Great product! Jul 19, 2010
By Jinesh Karia The Home Theater Power Console is a great surge protector for a home theater system. The outlets are well spaced so that I didn't have to struggle plugging in different devices. Also, cable that comes with the product is decently long, so that I didn't have to place the product very close to the outlet (much appreciated). Furthermore, the console is asthetically pleasing. I purchased the product on sale for $65.

Quality Product Mar 24, 2010
By Steven Flora I purchased this power filter for nothing more than piece of mind. I have been in the electronics industry for a decade and understand that they can make a difference but ultimately the difference can be negligible. Having the power filter makes me feel like the $2000 of equipment that I have hooked up to it is protected about as well as it can be and I think this investment is well worth it.

Size not as spec'd; Otherwise, good. Jan 22, 2011
By E. Hauser I'm sure the product is working. It lights up and the plugs all go in nicely and with little fuss. The only item I would mention is that the product spec's listed (21 x 12 x 5) are the SHIPPING BOX dimensions and not the product dimensions, which are more like 14 x 8 x 2.5...so if you were going to put it underneath all your other gear, forget about that. Otherwise, nice clean look.
