Sad to say this bulky, noisy item has failed the acid test, it often doesn't even complete burning, customer service is really customer disservice, not a dependable product,buyer beware, furthermore they have made no attempts to rectify the situation other than when emailed and phoned did I get a laundry lists of things to try which I did and still this item is not working properly and I let them know that again and haven;t had a response, this item is less than 60 days old and has maybe 10 days of use...BUYER BEWARE!
