3Inexpensive, low-end label printer. Perfect for light personal use.  May 18, 2009
By Flaherty
My primary complaint with this label maker is that it is battery powered only. It takes 6 AA batteries which to me seems like overkill.

The label maker can print up to two lines of text at a time, and displays up to four characters in it's small lcd screen.

It came with 4.3 meters of 9 mm clear tape. Considering I just needed it to label some musical instruments, cell phones, and digital cameras, it suited my needs perfectly.

312mm tape  Mar 06, 2010
By Techno Geek
Good for the money.
There seems to be no advantage to using 12mm tape, as the font size is the same as that used for 9mm.
The included cartridge is shorter than normal cartridges and is black on clear tape (so you will not see label if the objects your labeling are dark color).

2Not the 120KL no matter what they say  Apr 13, 2009
By James Johnson
If you are looking for the Casio KL-120 and a link took you to this machine this is not the -120. Some lead you to think that with a note after the title in parenthsis saying (KL-120). It's not true. This unit, the KL-60, only has a 4 digit screen versus sixteen. This unit is battery powered only and impossible to use a 9v adapter on.

That being noted it is a perfectly good labeler for what it is with the ability to use several specialized fonts for language adaptibility.

5Easy Label Printer  Nov 26, 2006
By Lisa A. Hoffmann "laphoffmann"
I have gotten my money's worth out of this nifty little gadget. With many different color combos and letters, numbers, symbols and functions - I just can't get enough. It hasn't let me down yet. I label everything from toolbox drawers to scrapbooks and everything in between.

5Love this labeler  May 28, 2009
By shelly "Container Fanatic"
I don't have any other product to compare this to, but I can say that this labeler serves its purpose. I am a organizer/container fanatic and place identification labels on all of my container drawers. It's easy to use and I'm still on the first roll of labels.
