CC has replaced this item with a slower version. The original had a cl rating of 2.5. This has a cl rating of 3.0. The smaller the cl rating, the faster each command is accessed. The picture is of the original chip.

LOL.... I just came across this review I had written five years ago while comparing prices during a woot off. It needs to be stated that this review was original written about Circuit City. CC had a nasty habit of switching chips for cheaper ones. They must have thought that no one would ever notice. The picture the current seller has is of the current chip being sold on the market. As of this written, I am unaware of its specs.

I just wanted to make it clear that the original review was neither about the present seller or chip pictured here. I am not sure why it was transposed over to this seller.
