I've been searching for a while for an easy way to get my wireless adapter about 30 ft. from my desktop p.c..Couldn't get any further than 15 ft., even with a self-powered usb hub mid-way..Anyways, I got this active cable and attached another 15 ft. of passive cable and it works!

This cable worked far better than I imagined. I race driving simulators online and I need to make a run of 42ft to my plasma, from my CPU, and by using just one of these extenders I was able to connect four devices and they work flawlessly!

What is there to say. Great cable, great PRICE! Connected it to my device and XP associated it to my system in about 20 seconds. Excellent performance. Was a little wary of buying CP Tech because I had never heard of them. Took the chance and am very happy. Thanks Amazon!!

I use it with a computer in another room. This extends the USB bus (including a webcam) and the video is extended with the B0012SIGLO. Only issue with the set up is a bit of background noise on the speakers. This cable works great though. My webcam is the B002M78ECK, also recommended.
