I always Crucial when I can. I have never had an issue with their RAM. I have no had a single issue with this ram and it has operated perfectly fine.

I bought this kit directly from Amazon at a really good price, but unfortunately, try as I might, even with help from Crucial itself, the memory kit did not work in my Gateway desktop. I contacted Amazon customer service, and they were great in providing immediate instructions and the paperwork necessary to return the kit at no cost to me. They informed me via Email when the kit was received back by them, and promptly credited my credit card. This kind of exceptional service is what keeps me coming back to Amazon. Keep up the good work.

Increased to total 8gig RAM, no problems with install or boot or run.
Highly recommended for Win7 64-bit.
It just makes turning on the PC a pleasure, the rest is nirvana.

This is a well known brand with respected chip technology by Micron. They operate perfectly at their stock timings. They tested without any problems on Prime95 4-blended torture test for 4+ hours on a overclocked AMD Phenom II X3 720 unlocked 4th core at 3.5GHz.

Wish they had a heat spreader for the money, but I opted to go with a known quality brand and can always add a spreader later if I decide to drop the timings and raise voltage.
