So far from what I have used this product, its full of features and fills complex needs of labels. With the ease of use and handheld design, it's like using a bigger PDA which is smart.

For my use, I didn't need the complete kit with adapter, so the box is sitting in garage as the batteries last long enough for me to never need power adapter. Could have just bought the label maker alone and saved some money.
