2Dolica filters  May 26, 2011
By Ken Barlow
The UV filter is fine - nothing great, but protects without noticeably degrading images. Polarizer is garbage. Attached to my Sigma 70-300 DG OS lens, it makes the images slightly blurry at 70mm and gets progressively worse as you zoom in until everything is mush at 300mm. Basically paid for two and got one that is useable. Good thing they were cheap (most times you get what you pay for - I got even less than that this time around). 2 stars because at least the UV filter will not go in the garbage.

1No glass?  Feb 10, 2011
By K. K. Rush
OK, so I THINK the UV filter was OK at first. At some point, however, the glass fell right out. I noticed it the other day when I went to clean the lens. I had a nice, metal ring attached to the end of my lens but no filter there whatsoever. I don't even know where it went; I guess it's in one of my camera bags. Not like I can glue it back into its ring and use it anyway. I'll just have to buy a new, and better, UV filter.

I guess this is one time you really get what you pay for.

5Great Filters for a great Price!  Mar 23, 2009

My title says it all. For everyday photo needs, these filters are great. I take professional photos for paintball events and these little babies help get great shots while protecting my lens!
