This is advertised to work with up to a 21" flat panel monitor (or 40 lbs), but I am using it with my 24" monitor which weighs only 15 lbs. with no problem. The included sorter/accessory tray really helps keep my desk more organized, and the adustable top shelf allows you to store a keyboard, a laptop, or even an Xbox 360 underneath for added desk space. Very sturdy and well-built.

Easy to assemble and adjustable height is a plus. Maximum width for keyboard storage is a little over 22 inches. My Microsoft wireless 6000 v2 has plenty of room (and the black and gray color scheme is a perfect match). I have a wide monitor, so there is no room for the sorter but the accessory tray is a nice touch. Quarter inch lip keeps items from rolling off. I needed storage space for a wide keyboard, and this does the job. Good buy for under $50. Would not pay retail for it.

I ordered the wrong workstation because I wasn't paying attention. I bought 2 of these. I kept one and traded the other. Both are sturdy and wide--about 24" wide and easily adjustable. There's space around the base too, depending on the width of your monitor.
Plain & Simple works just fine.

Very happy with the workstation. Stable, works as advertised. Using it to support an older 4:3 20 inch LCD Monitor (heavy) over a laptop dock - works great.

** Note: The usable space on top of the platform measures 22 7/8" x 8 5/8". The 3 platform height settings allow clearance [just shy] of 2", 3", and 4". The overall dimensions of the stand are 25 7/8" x 11 5/8".
Review: Although this item is designed for a laptop and monitor, it works perfectly as a TV stand. I purchased it to elevate my HDTV and place a blu-ray player below. The platform has 3 different height settings, so I was able to set it at the perfect level. My TV is a 32" HDTV with speakers on the sides and I estimate it weighs around 35 lbs. The platform is rock-solid and shows no signs of bowing even though the weight is within 5lbs of the max (40 lbs max). The material is black and grey plastic, much like the materials used for HDTVs these days, so it's a great match. It also has rubber pads on the bottom of the legs to prevent furniture scratches. Overall, I highly recommend this product.
