I did not get the computer I ordered. I was told the one I was sent was better than the one I ordered.
I did not get the built in pocket drive.
I did not get the built in multi card reader I ordered.
I did not get the video system I ordered.
I did not get the Enhansed Key board I ordered.
I did not get the IR system I ordered.
Can someone PLEASE tell me how this is a better CPU than I ordered?
I was told I would be sent out all the up grades.
Today I received either THE WRONG THINGS or junk.
Tomorrow I will call Amazon to get help to get a full refund.
I will say they have been very nice on the phone.

I had my Slimline S3430F for 1 year and 1 month when the motherboard died from overheating (best guess). I had noticed that the case felt hot most of the time, and the fan ran constantly. I researched after-the-fact, and the Slimlines are nortorious overheaters/failures with the cramped case especially with hot components like the AMD Phenom Quad Core 9100E Processor. Lesson learned: no more compact-base desktop towers, switched to laptop for my "desktop".
