Genuine HP product, with full instructions, easy to install, revived my printer. (In comparison, I had to return a previous order from another vendor that had generic parts, no instructions in the package, and no instructions available even on special request, just tech support for an additional fee.) Good job, Amazon!

Everything needed for 4200n refresh Feb 21, 2009

I won't review the awful design of the HP film roller but instead review the maintenance kit listed above. Everything you need is included in the this kit(gloves, specialty hook tool ect...) This kit includes enough rollers to cover 3 paper trays. Will take you about 10 mins to get the whole job done and you will be back to crisp clean laser printouts!

I installed this kit in a Laserjet 4200. The kit is really easy to install unlike many fuser kits for other models. The fuser and rollers come in great condition and the entire installation takes 5 minutes. Good kit for a good printer.
