I am using this on a Windows 7 box for connecting via HperAccess and other com software to remote black boxes. I am not using any of the fax capabilities. It works great for me, and installation was a no brainer,

The model number of the item I received was not the model number I order. Also there was nowhere in the item description that stated it was a low-profile card. I assumed that I was getting a regular size card, but that was not what I received. I have know idea how good the item is since I could not use it. HiRO needs to perform some serious quality control on its products.
