5This card works fine w/ my digital camera  Mar 30, 2008
By P. Shepard
I was shopping for a 4 GB compact flash card & had the chance to buy this card during Amazon "gold box" special deal. (The "list" was $81; the actual cost was half that; I see today that it is for sale for $63). There were no reviews, so I almost hesitated, but it had good specs. (133X; 20MB/sec sustained read/write).
It arrived today & I loaded into camera (Nikon D200) and starting firing off "bursts" for a few seconds-- it could keep up easily. (I don't usually shoot this way, so I wouldn't know what it would do if it couldn't keep up?) Anyway, it captured all the images i shot and later transfered all images w/o problem via card reader to PC. I then formatted CF in camera and repeated the burst (5 frames) again, no problem.

All in all, it seems to be a fine product. IF a problem develops in the near future, I'll try to remember to come update, here. Meanwhile, it comes w/ a lifetime warranty. ALso, it shipped w/ a National geographic "wildlife photography video, that was pretty cool, too.

hope this helps you...

5Super Fast & Reliable!  May 12, 2008
By A. Brown "Electronic Fanatic"
I use this in my Digital SLR and absolutely love it! It is definitely fast and I have had nothing but excellent performance from all PNY products. If you are serious about photography and understand the importance of high-speed memory cards than you know that this is an absolutely awesome memory card!

5Works well, speed is great  Jan 06, 2008
By Robert Withrow "Big Bad Bob"
There are a lot of compact flash cards and there isn't much that differentiates them. What I'm looking for is a card that works (quickly) and gives good value. This card qualifies.

I've done a shoot of about 350 images (figure skating) in a Canon 400D (Rebel XTi, 10.1MP), first formatting the card in the camera. The images were captured in high-quality low-compression JPG format averaging about 3.5MB. The card was never behind the camera, even when doing long stretches of continuous-mode shooting.

I then downloaded the images using an el-cheapo 15-in-1 USB2 card reader under Ubuntu Linux. Ubuntu reports the card as 1.9G total size with the photos taking 1.3G leaving 640M free. The download took about 45 seconds total: I like that!

I don't know about long-term performance yet since I've only had the card for a week.

The card is from China and comes in pretty high-quality packaging and it has a metal top-surface. They give you a card redeemable for 10 national geographic images from their web site.

5Fast memorty stick  Aug 27, 2011

I am satisfied with this CF card, it's fast, a nice spare card, and the performance is good! Would recommend to others

4Good memory card  Apr 23, 2011
By Information Security Instructor
I use this memory card in my Canon 7D. I only shoot RAW and need a fast card to keep up with my camera. So far, I have not noticed any difference between this 133 speed and a faster 266 speed, 4G memory card from SanDisk. Save your money. This product works fine.
