The shredder does a good job of destroying the paper fed into it, but I have difficulty feeding paper into the machine. If the paper is not very stiff, it does not go into the slot far enough for the feed mechanism to pull it in. The paper just sits there and bends while the machine runs waiting for something to cut. Why is it so difficult to reach the feed mechanism?

Love the shredder as it shreds cross - cut and small. Advertised that it had a slot for cards and showed on box but there was not slot when arrived. As it shreds paper products nicely I decided to keep it but really am sad that it doesn't do the cards as well.

I receved my shredder in a timely fashon it work very well and does the job I bought it for.

Brought this item, needed a small inexpensive shredder for my office, failed in the first month, right after the 30day return policy expired, called Royal for some help-their customer service lady ( could not understand her most of the time) told me to take this to the service center 1 hour from my home to get this fixed. I did not see spending another $40 on gas after buying this.....
