It is dead less than a month after I bought it Feb 13, 2009
It looks nice BUT after less than one month's purchase, it is dead. I mean when I hit the power button, the power indicator is on with blank (black) screen, nothing else.

I called SONY tech support and they are not as friendly as you imagined. Now I have to open up the laptop, take out the memory and see ..., according to the tech advice offered by SONY. They won't have a look at it unless i finish the above. Be careful.

What if I am a 70-year old? Imagine with my glasses and screw drivers, thank SONY tech support!

Love my laptop! Nov 30, 2008
This laptop is pretty awesome! I have had it for about a month now and I completely love it! Everywhere I go I get tons of compliments on it. I mainly use it for school and just general internet and I cant complain about anything....well except the battery life is pretty short so keep it plugged in! All in all I could not ask for a better laptop. And the price was a steal!!
