Very nice little device. Apr 07, 2011
By JA This comes with a few attachments in the bag, e.g., standoffs, which give it very good flexibility in application. It is a well-made adapter that is wired as an RS-232 serial null-modem.

Replaced a null modem cable Jun 29, 2011
By P&S I used this to replace a long null modem cable. After I swapped in this adapter, my connection kept working fine.

Works like it should Jun 01, 2011
By TIMOTHY W BRATCHER It's just a null modem adapter, but it was well priced and works just as it should. It came with some stand-offs, but I didn't need them. I needed it to join two USB to DB9 serial adapters, where one port is used for the main program and the other is an emulator of what's on the other end of the cable, like a local loop-back.
It's a null modem adapter... Sep 30, 2008
By lyngvi It's a null modem adapter, nothing special. Works for PC to PC connections. Haven't tried any other use.
A little big and the beige color is a throwback to those heathen days of the 1990's, before paint was invented. :P
VERY handy connector! Aug 31, 2008
By FLYingG0D I really needed a Null Modem adapter to go between my USB-to-Serial cable and my computer I was connecting to. This little connector was the best item, as it is simple, small, and gets the job done! No hassles, no issues, just solid, reliable product!
