It works GREAT! It even works on PCs that don't have the Palm software installed (like my PC at work).
The auto adapter will work for many things, like my camera, which is a true bonus.

This item was shipped and UPS showed delivery, however, I never received the item. I filed a A-Z guarantee with Amazon and I was refunded in full promtly. This merchant shipped the item fast, but UPS must have delivered it to the wrong address. Overall, a very nice place to do business.
